Thank you for considering my tea room for your special event. We
will do everything possible to make it a happy, memorable
experience for you and your guests.
We have 3 lovely rooms that will accommodate up to 14, 18 or 28
guests. In order to reserve a private room you need to guarantee a
minimum of 10, 14 or 18 respectively. Our lovely rooms are
decorated in Victorian style. Tables are set with pretty linens,
bone China dishes, silver flatware and a simple centerpiece.
Additional decorations are really not needed, but you may bring
party favors, balloons or "theme decor" if you like.
Parties are booked for 2 hours with no room charge. If you would
like additional time we will be happy to give you a quote at the
time you reserve. We are not able to add extra time on the day of
For group events you must order a tea plate per person. A 20%
gratuity and tax will be added to the price of the meal(s) you
choose. Selecting your menu in advance of your reservation allows
you to focus on your guests and enjoy the festivities.

It works best if you choose one menu (for example, My Lady's
Respite) and 3 kinds of tea for your group. If any of your guests
have dietary requests, please let us know when you confirm your
reservation and we will do our best to accommodate them.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
At this time we are not requiring a deposit but we do ask for a
credit card to secure your reservation. We will call you 4-5 days
prior to your party to confirm your final headcount, menu and tea
The last headcount confirmed, at least 24 hours before your event,
will be used to determine your cost. Should you have a last minute
"no show" guest, we will box their meal to take home.
We know that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, your
reservation we would appreciate at least one week notice so we can
rebook your tables.
